Hi, I'm Matt. Dad's been nagging me to write something so I'll give it my best shot. Although I was born in Bath most of my education was in south Buckinghamshire. I graduated from the Misbourne School to take a four year course at Aston University where I was awarded my BSc in Transport Logistics. You may have gained the idea that I have more than a passing interest in transport. Yep! You're right - especially trains (the diesel type). During my teens I established the Merionnydd Preserved railway Society with the aim to purchase, and bring back into use, a six mile stretch of line passing through some of the most beautiful landscape in Snowdonia (The photograph to the right was taken after the inaugural meeting at Dolwyddelan, Easter, 1994)
Currently, I am working as a manager for a national transport company based on the south coast of England.
